150 TPH Gold Gemstone Wash Plant with Mineral Jigs and Hy-G Concentrator

Description: This Approx. 150+ TPH Wash Plant and Concentrator System was Designed for Gemstone and Fine Gold Recovery. The Mineral Jigs Recover the Gemstones in the Hutches and Discharge Gold Bearing Concentrates that can Gravity Feed or be Pumped with a Slurry Pump to a Hy-G Concentrator which Recovers the Fine Gold Down to 325 Mesh (44 Micron) and Produces a High-Grade Gold Concentrate for a Gold Room. The Sandscrew was Installed to Remove Sand and Silt from the Discharged Process Water.
